All right Turb, I am going to try your lil game here. This is just a guess, so dont laugh! I hope I am not overthinking this and you BETTER explain!
Here we go:

First 4-
The General- Coach Lee. Self explanatory, he is leader of the team and has a name that fits with a very famous American General (i doubt it is from Dukes of Hazard)
Show NUff- Coach Rennie, no explanation, just looks like a guy that would say that!
Amazing Cajun- Will the stat guy. Cause he knows everything, or so he thinks!
Small Aussie- Coach Kennemer, I dont know because he looks australian?
The first four are seperate because it is the Coaching staff.

Next, the TEAM!
D' Express- Orien Greene. Play on words, the "oriental express!" He doesnt look oriental though!
The Equation- Chris Cameron, he is the equation, big man with an outside shot!
Mr. Big- Brian Hamiltion because that is how he plays, he plays BIG!
The Silk Tirade- Tiras Wade, his shots are smooth as silk!
Dunk-n-geaux- (I honestly have no idea, but by process of elimination) Anthony Rhodman because Coach Lee wont let him shoot, so he has to dunk n go since he cant shoot???
HeapDreams- Spencer Ford, because he is always sleeping on road trips and the last to wake up for practice!
D'rain- Dwayne Mitchell. He falls from the sky like the rain!
The Rock- Ross Mouton, this is because he comes in just to shoot the ROCK, and because he is so "big and muscular" --sike!
Ad-a-man-time- Adam James, cause when they need some solid d and rebounds, James comes off the bench!

These are by all means a guess, and do not claim for any to be right! But hey it was fun to think about it! DAMN you TURBINE for doing this to me!!!
