New Chilled water lines to Angelle Hall

What the heck is that for? I noticed they had put two big pipes coming out from the band room last Sunday. Also, I've noticed it's been really hot, like the HVAC system hasn't been running in Angelle, when I go to our meetings Sundays. Could it be something to do with that?

I still think they will be finished with the framing of the fourth level by the middle of this month (April), if the weather holds. Then the roof trusses go on and the roof deck by mid to late May. Then they will be out of the weather. Right now there is plenty of mechanical and electrical rough in going on on the first two levels.

They have started with the Geo Pile foundation on the Tulane Ave. Dorm. So it looks like it is about eight weeks behind Taft.

Once they "get out of the ground" this should progress pretty fast. They really need the parking.

The pace better be incredible because Taft Street Dorm is scheduled to be open for the Fall Semester. It will be tight, but if they keep it up, they may make it.

One day after you posted that, roof framing has begun. Amazing.
