I'm past Long. In my eyes, we need to pursue him until the end but honestly, I feel he is going elsewhere and we need to certainly work our other avenues for a H.S. bigman.

Did Long commit to Tulane????

No, he did not commit to Tulane. The spring signing period is April 13-May 18. He still has three official visits to take. He's weighing his options, like other recruits across the country.

I've dealt with Shawn and his brother. Shawn is evaluating his options, which I think anyone would if schools like Tennessee, VCU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State stepped in.

I never got the feeling that his brother is interested in anything other than helping Shawn make the right choice. The reality is that might not be the Cajuns.
