I don't know about any of that, but a 25-7 run by UConn to start the second half is pretty DAMNED impressive!!

Very sad National Championship Game. Didn't see the first half. When I got in and tuned in and saw the score, if not for the fans I would have though it was a high school game. Either great defense or sorry offense.
Only the NCAA would take the basketball national championship and play the games in a football stadium.
As the great Mr Barkley said, "First team to 50 wins". Of course, he also said that he was a good player in high school because he dated ugly women.
I also don't have a clue why the NCAA continues to host this tournament in a football stadium. I understand it's about dollars but it has been proven repetitively that it is much tougher to shoot in these arenas. Whether it be perception, air circulation, etc.... This is no excuse for Butler losing because there was no unfair advantage for UCONN.
What a sad ending for Butler not one but two years in a row. It gives hope for all of the small programs around the country that it is possible to do big things.

Did anyone else hear during pregame that Ronald Nored originally commited to W. Kentucky, but decided to sign with Butler when Western's coach took a job elsewhere?
