My youngest is 5 months, and I swear her older sister's hormones/attitude is already rubbing off on her. When I picked her up at daycare yesterday, she got mad and start crying at me for having the gall to take her out of the swing and put her in her carseat.
ENjoy every minute with her. A good buddy at work once told me something that makes all the sense in the world: "A son is a son until he takes a wife, a daughter is a daughter for all of life."
GEAUX UL!
PS. I enjoy your hormonal rages on the pile of horse manure to the east. I basically feel the same way.
I have 2 daughters 16 and 11. So far not a lot of drama with either. I think the key is steer them to sports. They have always played something since the 3rd grade. I was always in the yard throwing, hitting, kicking or catching something with those 2. Basketball, football, softball, soccer whatever. The oldest talked about trying out for cheerleader in the 6th grade. I told her why cheer for somebody when you can get cheered for. They get their agression out on the field and not on me.
Makes perfect sense to me. Our oldest never played and it was always drama. She was simply not 'athletic'. Our two younger ones played all sports and have never been a blip as far as drama, trouble, anything out of the ordinary. We love all dearly but sports is clearly the answer.
Some of y'all need to invest in a camp! So y'all can get out of that estrogen filled household!! I have only one daughter, and I frequent the camp...often! Or else I'd go nuts
