This seems like a completely different team from the first couple of series. This team can hit...in droves. Po and Petello were using Wonderboy bats today. Strentz is coming along nicely. The pen needs to tighten up but given how good they were when we weren't hitting, they can have an off weekend. Now...this team is dangerous. Put the belt on notice. Gosh....what a turnaround. Tony knows how to make us squirm eh?

Same team that we started with. Just needed time to build a lil confidence and team chemistry. Several of last years team leaders are gone and it took a few weeks for this years leaders to step up as well as for some of the freshman to make the transition and adjust to the speed of college ball. More good news is that we probably have a another freshmen or two that hasn't seen much or any playing time with the ability to contribute to the team's success this year. Geaux Cajuns!
