I saw him in person...the only plays the kid took off...were to get his ankle retaped. The two games I watched, Briscoe rarely left the field while the defense was playing.

So do 90% of high school athletes, especially when the play is on the opposite side of the field. This is why no one ever sees bad plays in high lights video. And that is why its important for coaches to see kids play in person several times. They can get a gauge of an athletes ability and effort, even on bad plays. Those are the plays not shown in high light videos.
