Van Cleave couldn't hold the jock strap of any of those players. He was definitely all hype. Remember when our own students heckled him with the "Van Cleave for Heismann" shirts. Classic.

Yeah Van Cleave wasn't that good from what I can remember but Eric Rekeita was pretty good before he quit the team.
