What a great time to be watching Cajun Basketball. I wasn't old enough to see the Paschal and Shipley eras but boy did I have a good time watching the Evans era. That video was exactly how I remembered that team. Quick, strong, incredibly athletic, and high flying. It seemed like they could make a 10-0 run in 45 seconds.

With all due respect to our team and coach we've got a long way to go before we reach that level again.

You are correct, but if we can retain Peyton and Long for next season I think the boost in recruiting will be evident. We just need to get more athletic. I do not know much about the Plaisance kid other than he is a good basketball player. But Washington and Stove are pretty damn athletic.
