Thanks for the pictures, Frenchie. Like Marine said...it isn't right that this continues to drag on...but Cajun softball is going to be great (as if it isn't already) once finished!

    Thanks for the pics.

While not finished it should still be enough to impress any potential recruits. Great to know that we can make our facilities an asset in the recruitng war instead of a liability.

Frenchie... I love your pictures... thanks for taking the time to do them.

Would you mind stopping by and getting some shots of the new coaches offices?

They are still under construction. the wiring is all in, and the walls/ceiling are sheet rocked. The floors have a great tile with Fleur De Lis spaced among them.

Give it a few more days for the coaches office then I will take a shot of it. They haven't done anything more in the office for two weeks. What you see on the floor took one day to do. I am well aware that this job will be finish one day. The guestion is, what day.

I'll be good with the stadium totally finished for the conference tournament. That way we can be confident of bidding for a regional.

You have a total of 31 open days with not games at Lamson before the SBC Tournament on May 11-14 as of today. In these 31 days you have home games being played. Some of these days are on weekends. Now you can't tell me this job can be completed. Bring about 4-5 brick laying crews. 4-5 wall and floor crews. The same with electrical and you might have it ready. Now the roof forget about it. Maybe after the season.....Now after all this being said, I know it will look great when its through for the fans next season...hope I am wrong on this and all will be finish by May 10th..........

Someone suggested that local media start to bring this matter up. They could start with the planned dedication of the stadium for the McNeese State game which was obviously postponed but largely ignored as to reasons why. One would think the athletic department would step forward with some kind of statement in that regard.

I brought it up in another thread... I point to Stevie P because he is the voice of the Lady Cajuns... The trouble is he has no gonads or no desire to point out anything controversial... I happened to be listening a few weeks ago when this came up and he dismissed the caller with some extraordinarily lame excuse.... "I just don't worry about things like that.. It will get done when its done"... the guy is useless

But how about Jay??? Josh??? or even the Television Stations... You have a government contract that either (1) is not being complied with or (2) was horribly negotiated... Is that not worth some news??????????

BTW does anyone know the General Contractor's name? Should that not be public information somewhere?
