Robichaux is a class act and our baseball team is a class program. All of the peaces to the UL athletic departments puzzle is in place; meaning great coaches in every sport. Now it's time to win on the field and that is starting to happen. I mean how many non BCS programs have baseball, softball, and basketball all in the top 50 in the country? I wouldn't think many. And with football on the verge of something special, damn it’s a good time to be a Cajun fan!!!
He's great! If you have boys that play baseball or not, i would suggest enrolling them in his camp this summer.
He teaches boys it's more important to grow up an be a real man than to be a great ball player.
He has been the one constant thing for a while in the baseball program and also on this university. We're glad to have him as a coach and can't wait to see him lead us to the CWS because I think we'll do it again this year!
Forget non-BCS, now many BCS teams can say that? I bet if you looked at the average winning percentage of MBB, WBB, baseball, and softball, UL would have to be pretty close to the top. Going into tonight:Originally posted by pablolasala

MBB 17-8 - 0.680
WBB 18-8 - 0.692
Baseball 6-0 - 1.000
Softball 12-1 - 0.923
Average: 0.824
The average UL spring team wins 82.4% of the time! If somebody has way too much time on their hands, I would be curious to know how many universities do better than that?
Also, I was wondering, where does T-Robe rank on the list of youngest coaches to reach 600 wins?
Robe is the youngest ever to reach the 600 win milestone. As he was also the youngest to reach 500.
It shows what kind of program he has built when he constantly wins year after year. I hope he stays for a long time to come and builds upon this and gets us to the CWS every year.Originally posted by J-Town Cajun
