2012 C Nick Thurman (Belle Chasse, LA, Belle Chasse HS) has verbally committed to Louisiana-Lafayette. Thurman showed a nice left handed swing at the WWBA Underclass World Championship for Marucci Elite and is a bat to watch. He is currently ranked #143 nationally and #4 in Louisiana.
