Woof. I was hoping the Southern Miss series was the turning point for the season. Our base running is pretty bad. We have major issues at catcher and second base. Our hitting is coming around, but we still can't get it when we need it. With all that said...Cal is a really really good team. C'mon Tony....

I don't understand how we can regress in base running ability. We were very capable on the bases last year, this year it's like we are trotting JV guys out there to pinch run.

Po is not cutting the mustard at second. DH might be his best bet, the guy can hit.

Umps didn't help us at all in this game. IMO, they are responsible for 2 of the Cal runs so far.

Well, let's see...I'm starting to feel like I did for alot of last season. Mediocre team and program. If we were a better team and program, semo, southeastern and even sienna shouldn't even have been a contest.
