Boomer...you may know something we don't know. I am not aware, though, of ANYTHING so special that this poor excuse for a contractor is providing as extras on this job to justify such poor performance. The fact that the park will look great when its done will not change the fact that their performance on this job was an embarrassment.
When DAYS and WEEKS go by and there is no one showing up to work on this job, NOTHING he "throws in" could make up for that.

It's a shame that you can feel that this park is outdated before it is finish. I was there Thursday and Friday and I talked to the Contractor boss on site and he had a lot to say. This is what he told me. They should have about 20 employees on site. Should have hired out of state instead of local. Reason is the locals don't show up and the ones that do leave for some lame excuse. Example. The brick layers did not show up one day because they didn't have any mortar on site. The local contract plumber (I won't name him) was working by himself because his help didn't show up. He left the job to find them and when he did they told him that they were not working that day. By the way the Contractor is "Stadium Contractor" out of Tampa, Fl. I was told that all the jobs in the past were done by out of state employees. They are tied to the job because they don't live around the block.............So lack of man power is the problem. And no penalty for late job completion is in effect. And I don't except the extra's that they are giving to be taken in place for poor job proformance.......
Scott Farmer is on as a TV guest for the softball game right now. He says he feels comfortable that the roof will be ready for the Sunbelt Tournament.
