I am correct. I regret that I am; but that word came to me in a conversation this morning with Scott Farmer.

31-90 over 4 seasons. He has a winning % of 25.6% in 4 seasons, this was his best season to date at 11-19.

Can we not move on, the year before he arrived we were 25-9 and lost to Marquette in the first round of the NCAA tournament, since then we have not gotten out of the 1st round of the SBC tournament. _
He is correct, straight from Scott Farmer. There will be no announcement since there is no change taken place in the program.

If the interim label is good enough for the track coach, and good enough for the AD job, it should have been good enough for the WBB slot.

At least it shows you care.

Guess it sends message that we don't give a hoot about WBB. Jay would probably agree since we did not "draw" for conference tournamnet held here.

That is correct. Farmer and Rogers met again last week - Thursday, I believe. He will receive a one-year extension through the end of next season. Would have had something earlier but was on a one-week furlough until 12:01 a.m. Monday.

And he would be right! Even when J Kelly Hall was winning games, the girls barely drew 1,000 fans in EK Long Gym.

So since baseball draws only 2000 we shouldn't care? Or softball? I call BS. If we are going to field a
sport we owe it to ourselves, our fans and our athletes to provide them with all the resources necessary to compete at least at the conference championship level, even sports like golf or tennis which don't have any fans. If you feel differently, IMO you are part of the problem.

If his contract was up his services should not have been retained. However, I do not believe that we should buy out a coach in womens basketball outside special circumstances.
