Construction looks like its going great. The only question I have is the inside height. I think the Saints facility in N.O. looked "taller", and I was curious if there was enough inside height to allow realistic kickoff and field goal practices.

Ther probably isn't but, actually, i think it would be ok. you don't actually need to kick the ball to work on coverage and such. give the bal to the returner, tell everyone to start, then release the returner. like they said, its only going to be used for football when the conditions are too poor for outdoor practice, like unsafe field conditions due to weather, unsafe weather, etc. does anyone know how this thing compares to other facilities in the country (pro and college)?Originally Posted by CajunAmos

Height for punting might be a tad too low, kickoff and field goals will not be a problem.Originally Posted by CajunAmos
BTW, it looks MUCH taller in person. Kickoffs and field goals will def. not be a problem.Originally Posted by Cajun Express

If you are referring to the concrete duck pond, then yes we've seen it. LOLOriginally Posted by Cajun Express

All I know is the string of thunderstorms I am watching cross Acadiana and Lafayette in particular will not be an issue next year. To bad our teams preparation will be limited by God's elements.Originally Posted by DaddyCajun
