Oh, so Turbine the work is "really" being done, the Admin is NOT holding things up, OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

My guess is that when the walls have been up for a couple of months some knuckle head will pop up on RaginPagin and say "Whats taking so long"?

In addition, from my understanding the football area of the facility won't be air conditioned. I do think the basketball area may be.

from the large rendering of what the facility is going to look like on the fence, it looks to me like there will be air condition all the way around. but then i might be overlooking something

No, it won't be air conditioned, but it will be designed for that, being well ventilated so it won't be like an oven.

Again, the main idea is not to get out of the heat, but to get out of the rain.

what about the basketball wing? if they don't air condition that thing, the floor will warp and buckle and then become quite useless.

Concreate does not warp. When the new OHS (1965) was built it had a painted concreate basketball floor. It was very nice in PE, and games. i don't know if they ever changed it.

I think the basketball section will be AC'ed, but I'm not positive.

I think that there could be another method to cool--I talked to Gerald about this one day--I was at H.Depot and they had a chilling machine of some sort that was portable. I think the cost was about $750. Well maybe 2o of these could solve the problem and save big bucks on AC charges---Has anybody seen these????

Are you referring to the large box fans that are essentially a big radiator (water runs through fins in the fan)?
