Tyrell Fenroy (RB, La Place, LA) - The Clarion Herald's 2003 &2004 Player of the Year is up to his old tricks. After rushing for 1,590 yards and 32 TD's as a junior, Fenroy has eclipsed that mark this season. For the year, Tyrell has rushed for over 2,000 yards and 44 TD's.
Fenroy will take an official visit to Texas, Ole Miss, Florida, and Tennessee.
The following information was revealed during our interview with Tyrell Fenroy:
What is your current height, weight, and forty time? "I am 5' 10", 195, and I ran a 4.5 forty at the LSU camp."
Which position are you being recruited to play on the next level? "Running back."
What are your strengths at running back? "I practice hard everyday. I try to make myself better by working for my team. I hit the holes real fast, but I am also patient at the same time. I follow my blockers well. I make the right reads."
What are you working on for the next level? "I want to get my grades up, and I want to be a better person off and on the field."
What is your current GPA and ACT score? "I have a 3.0 GPA and a 17 on the ACT."
What were your stats as a junior? "I rushed for 1, 590 yards and 32 TD's."
Any awards? "I was named District 10(3A) MVP, and I was the Clarion Herald's Louisiana Player of the Year, back to back years.."
How is this year going for you? "Good. We are 11-2 and play Lutcher tonight in the (3A) quarterfinals."
Your stats? "I have rushed for over 2,000 yards and 44 TD's."
