We start out of St. Martin parish this morning. St. Martinville residents are experiencing a black out. Some Cade residents are also without power. We have been informed that electric crews are on the scene trying to fix the problem. Now police are asking that drivers be careful, drive slow and watch for children at bus stops. We'll have more details on this situation as they become available.
