According to the team rankings we are shaping up to have the 2nd best class in the conference. If we add Deon Wallace it would in all likely hood put us over the top and to the best class. Troy is above us because of their one huge recruit in 4 star defensive end, Brandon Lang.

Brandon Lang is a byproduct of Troy ranking nationally in defense.

That was the problem during the Stokley years, when nationally ranked defenses were not parlayed into recruiting.

Bustle is doing it differently, doing it right.

If I were recruiting Deon Wallace I would sell him on being 4 hours from home and the fact that he would be running behind an experienced line, and PROOF that his University of Louisiana exploits will get him noticed by the NFL.

Brandon Lang is a product of possible eligibility concerns.I read an article on him recently.So we will see what happens.
