... after a good win. Great game last night! The Cajuns played "tough," to borrow a cliche. We never lost our composure when ASU evened things up in the 2nd half. Guard play was solid, and the interior defense on Adams was the key.

Gotta give credit to the crowd as well. When ASU made their 2nd half run, the crowd didn't seem to get anxious; we just got loud instead.

One question, I know the student section isn't always as packed as it was last night, but has there ever been discussion about moving the student section to the middle of the court?

New meaning for a game of round ball.

Teams play on a donut shaped floor with the fans at center court.

    Man that's some good coffee!

Students are not getting center court. We have hundreds if not thousands of seats that have been filled by long time season ticket holders in that section of which you speak.

Yes my coffee is very special this morning. Two things. First a win, second a win against an arrogant coach. Only coaches I disliked more were Tim Floyd at UNO, and Green the first UNO coach.

That UNO team came to Blackham smug and arrogant as number one in the college division that season. We sent them down in defeat after they played slow ball. LTU then blew them away in the second game of the tournament.

I'm guessing this means there's never been any discussion on the matter. I assumed this was probably the case, and, obviously, you gotta respect long-time supporters. But, there's something about putting the kids in the middle of the action; I thought they were great last night. We need them to show up big on Saturday!

And by middle, I mean the section parallel to the out-of-bounds line and perpendicular to the jump-ball circle at center court ;-)

You know I was thinking perhaps a standing room only section of the floor 4' x 90'. It would create a problem for those moving back and forth for concessions, restrooms, and socializing, but should not be a problem for those watching in the stands. Of course it might require security around the opposition bench. ;*)

The students need to stay where they are at. They are right behind the opposing teams bench and antagonize them to no end. They disrupt coaches get in players heads and do the job of making the Cajundome a hellish place to play. They were awesome last night. Hopefully, this is a start of a tradition and more and more students show up.

the student section sure got into rhe head of ASU's big man last night. He was jawing back and forth with them. He even got into it with the score keeper last night.
