Great article! The Louisiana Classics result has GOT to have raised some eyebrows in the softball world. Only downside is UL is now on everybody's radar screen...

Just wonder if any opposing pitcher in her right mind will not intentionally walk Gabby...

We were already on their radar. This is one of the top programs in the country, has been for many years. We are in the same class as Michigan, Oklahoma, the top SEC schools. The only difference between us & Michigan & Oklahoma is, they have won a national championship. We will become one of the elite programs, like the PAC 10 schools, when we win that national championship.
The good teams we will play in Florida & California will pitch to Gabby because they face players like her on a regular basis. I'm looking forward to that.

When you look at that list the first thing you notice is that we are surrounded by very large schools. What is amazing is that the Cajuns are able to achieve this year in and year out with about 1/10th the budget of the larger schools.

We leapfrogged BYU who went 2-3 over the weekend. Don't worry, if we keep winning like we did this weekend we will move a couple more spots before we get to the meat of our schedule.
