This article keeps talking about the basketball team's being on probation for 2 years----The basketball team was disbanded for 2 years--and the entire rest of the athletic department was placed under probation though being allowed to compete in certain events that weren't post season. I would need to check specifically, but I think this was the NCAA's sanctions!!!!

boomer you are correct, it was NCAA sanctions and disbanding, not probation. i'll let the author know, doubt he's a sports guy so to the laymen "what's the difference", you know?
in fact after explaining it for about 15 minutes to a friend he replies " wait...so no one was actually killed?"

ABSOLUTELY!!! Even though we reached our goal you can still contribute on Kickstarter for the next 2 weeks. Even though we reached our goal we will still be needing more in the future so any donations are still needed and greatly appreciated.

We won't turn down donations after the Kickstarter campaign is over but I recommend donating through Kickstarter so you can take advantage of the neat gifts we are throwing in to say thanks.

wow! what an amazing last few days. To all of the cajun nation we give you 1 million thank you's. Your love and suport and reposting of this project all over the internet shows that when people believe in something, each of us CAN make a difference. One at a time each of you gave our team the wind we needed to not only reach our goal, but step on it's throat and keep going forward!
There are two weeks left to go and we will need all the help we can get. We have met our garuntee now, but will keep pressing on. Lawyers and planes are expensive.
