Saw all the historical moments in Blackham during my time after death penalty except Glen Duhon getting run in 1980. From AA’s dunk fest to Dion Brown’s corner jumper to Mr Foreman passing away courtside, saw it all.
    I don’t know about a Dion Brown’s corner jumper.
I was in Blackham when Dion Rainey hit his corner shot. Is that the one to which you were referring?

The vermilion cited our name better in 1980 than they do today.

The excitement for that game was to this day unmatched IMO. Sometimes in the early 80"s
The thing that struck me seeing Karl Malone play was how big he was. He looked like a man amongst boys and got even more physically developed in the NBA.

Can you imagine how dominant he was in high school at a small school like Summerfield.

That was probably just plain unfair.
