Event Information - Bowl For Kids' Sake is one of the largest annual fundraisers for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana. It is a campaign for kids where bowlers raise funds and awareness to support our important one-to-one mentoring programs and mission of "establishing and supporting mentoring relationships that provide opportunities for positive youth development." WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011. Bowling shifts are at 9am, 11am and 1pm. Each bowling shift is 2 hours. WHERE: Acadiana Lanes; 3227 Ambassador Caffery HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, you can become a team captain and form a 5-person team (including yourself). Each team member raises a minimum donation of $40 ($25 for students). Individuals can register & create their own Firstgiving fund-raising page to help raise donations for their entry.
