    Here's a simplified RB breakdown from CajunT's article (including Carter for the sake of the OP.) Not sure about this Jackson had the best stats comment, but still good numbers:

    Qyen Griffin 5-11, 225 -South Panola HS (Batesville, MS)
    Mississippi's Mr. Football
    2,670 rush yards and 37 rushing scores (scored 40 total TDs)
    Back-to-back Mississippi 6A state titles
    National Champion team
    Earned All-America honors from Rivals.com (first team), ESPN Rise (first) MaxPreps (second)
    First Team All-State and 6A Offensive Player of the Year by the Mississippi Association of Coaches
    First team All-State by the Clarion Ledger, playing linebacker and safety his junior season

    Alonzo Harris 6-1, 205 -Gadsden City HS (Gadsden, AL)
    No. 2 national fullback prospect
    Top 40 prospect in the State of Alabama
    1,755 yards in 12 games for an average of 146.25 yards per game with 21 rushing touchdowns

    How did I miss this? Sorry for not giving Jackson some much deserved respect. I don't care who you are, that is some serious offense right there. NOW I WILL ASK AGAIN, who in the country scooped up this much quantity & quality. I want to see another college boast of a RB class this strong.

    The best stats comment was in regards to his yards per carry. I'm not a highschool football buff, but I would think that at any level of play, 2A, 3A, etc., those are some pretty phenomenal numbers. I like that 20% of his rushes ended in the endzone.

    Senior years (only) combined: 9260 rushing yards, 131 rushing touchdowns.

    Individually: Impressive.
