LA 5a all state team

I was looking at the LA 5A all state team and two names jumped out at me right away.

LB Blake Delcambre New Iberia 6-2 245 Sr.
LB Dwayne Charles Lafayette 6-3 240 Sr.

I seen these two names and i was wondering if we are recruiting them. I looked them up on rivals.com and neither of them or listed so i am thinking that they are probably not being highly recruite. that type of size at the LB position would be huge for us. I love the LB have now but we could use the type of depth these players would offer. Let me know what ya'll think about this?

They have good size and being all state means they can play some football. I hope we're recruiting them if not then I guess Bustle and company have a reason for not recruiting them.

Being All-state doesn't automatically mean your an outstanding player. Sometimes your just at the right position on a very good team, so all state doesn't mean as much as it somtimes does. Well look at Chris Klock from Rummel he was all-state linebacker 2 years in a row then he got to UL and well he just couldn't hack it. He played a little and it wasn't until his senior year they gave him a shot at middle LB and that was only for second string. SO, all state doesn't mean that much all the time.

Brad Bustle played on the same Mighty Lion defense as Mr Charles, so coach has seen him numerous times....

If there is something there, Coach B. knows about it.

Both of these kids do have good size,but they don't have great speed. Charles has good blood lines,but his
40 time and grades will keep him from being offered by any div1 programs.Both are being looked at by state schools.
