Where is there a list of committed and recruited players for the Cajuns on all sports??/ Seems that there would be a lot of discusion on this with this board.

"First you make the ROUX"

The roux is the "base" of many a Cajun recipe and sets the flavor for the entire meal. In recruiting the ROUX is the base -the starting point- of any good team and sets the flavor for seasons to come.

Anyone who has ever tried to make a roux knows you can never rest. You can never stop stirring the pot. If the roux is rushed, or if you stop stirring the pot for even a few moments, the roux is not what it could be.

Coach Bustle, Robichaux, Lee, Hall, Lotief and their crews have shown they are very good at NOT resting; they are constantly stirring the pot. As a result the various 2004-05 recruiting class are shaping up to be among the best ever. It is a never ending job really, once the rec-ROUX-ting class is signed the coaches must continue to stir the pot for 4 more years or it will get burned.
