Three at this point, we could have several more before the athletes leave for home. They are in meetings with the staff this morning.

Dallas Morning News this morning had the states Topp 100. Says that defensive lineman Brandon Alexander #43 in the state; from Brenham, TX, may still be considering ULL... Also looking at TCU and some Big 12 schools... Geaux Cajuns

Had Brandon Alexander in our Football Camp, he is a good one.

Kind of a freak of nature from what I am told, has a lot of potential. Hoping he is the super secret recruit in on his visit this weekend.

I have not mentioned his name in case the UL staff is keeping it under hat. We will find out soon.

It appears that Barbe High School quarterback Jared Foster has turned down LSU's offer to receive a greyshirt year and sign with LSU in the 2012 signing class. Foster will likely sign with an in-state school and play both baseball and football.

If Brandon Alexander is our 'super secret' recruit it would be our biggest steal yet (considering some of our big names have academic issues and may not pan out.) Alexander is a four star DE with offers from Florida, Texas, Oklahoma State, Arkansas, and five other major programs. Scout does not have us on his radar or even offering to him. So, yes, this would be both 'secret' and 'super.'
