It's disturbing to hear a player with 2, 3 and 4 star status who now consider or commit to UL say they were never even approached by the previous regime!!!

We need to ask Coaches Rebowe, Munoz & Wingerter why athletes of this caliber were never considered before and why are they now committing to our University. Did the previous regime not have confidence in themselves, the school, the player?????

Nevertheless, I am ecstatic that we now have a confident leader to get these quality athletes to our University and for us to be able to enjoy watching them on Saturdays in the fall for years to come!!!

I can answer that for you. If they were not from STM, and even then, most of the time they were not even offered. The previous staff did not like to go head to head with other programs for instate recruits.

Bustle also refused to recruit N Louisiana.
