5'9" 175 LB, sounds like another former great Cajun DB......#9 in your playbook, #1 in your hearts.......before your time JP, but Damon Mason had similar stature. If he is half as good as Mr. Mason and plays with 1/2 the heart of Mr. Mason, you are looking a pretty good one.

He was on campus today with a Patterson coach and a UL coach showing him where his classes are. Even though we are two weeks into classes we still have students signing up for classes.

I graduated 9th in my class, mid term.

There were nine of us.

JP, help me out. I see you have Aucoin enrolling in class at UL this semester. My question is, How is that possible 2 weeks into the semester? It seems like he will be a bit behind on his classes. Is he a good student where that may not affect him much or will he be part time? Just curious.

Aucoin set up his schedule to get all of the necessary core classes done prior to his final semester of high school in case he wanted to enroll early in college. Was taking all elective classes this semester just to compete in track.

He has enrolled and attended class today and will move into dorm Saturday. (He will go back to walk with Class of 2011 seniors at Patterson in May.) Was very confident, honest and professional in our conversations. Says the Cajuns can be the next Boise State. I'll have more later.
