Coach Hud NBC Call

Coach Hudspeth made an impromptu call to Jay Walker's Nothing But Cajuns Show yesterday afternoon on ESPN1420. He encouraged people to go to the basketball game Saturday night to support the roundballers, applaud the reunion guys, meet his coaches, and to impress the recruits which will be there. He also mentioned that some folks may feel that doing things like flying your flag, wearing UL gear, or putting UL stuff on your vehicle was not that big a deal. He said that is not the case. He wanted everyone in town to do their part to impress recruits just in case they went through your area in town. In his view all these things are important and are a big deal. I was encouraged just by the fact he made the call. Doing so indicates he knows the NBC show on Tuesdays is dedicated to Cajun sports.
