Saw that too. South College Shopping Center. They've always been good about flying the flags for homecoming.

But this was definitely a first and good to see.

What we need is the community to embrace the program as we have.

I think its the Landry brothers who own the shopping center that is responsible for the UL support.

Yesterday I cut through the UL complex on my way home and the score board read
Louisiana 35 ULM 3. I was upset to see that we gave them 3!!! lol

Coach Hudspeth said in his opening talk he wanted all to fly thier flags etc. I have a nice cajuns flag I fly on the weekends on game days but have to get on a ladder to put up. Got me a cajun garden glag and it is flying 24/7 now and can see it well . Will still fly the other on football weekends. Got at La. Hot stuff. Hope to see more Cajun flags flying around Lafayeette now. They are much prettier than that purple and yellow ones.

Is is the Landrys that own the Shopping Center. If you look at the large building on the corner os South College and Johnston, they built a large monument with the UL crest on it with LANDRY and other things Its pretty nice.
