Thread: Oxford, MS in the house

  1. Default Re: Oxford, MS in the house

JohnBoy, you are a true class act for what you're doing.

Much appreciation to all who cover recruiting for our university. Hopefully soon, I can budget a CRZ subscription in! (But only after season tix and RCAF donation)

I thought of it as an alternative to my present career, but then my wife suggested alternative living arrangements as well.

I was suggesting doing something similar to Dandy Don where the subscription is free but hold a "fundraiser" if you will once a year that brings in some capital. Or, you could do the base memberships as well. Just some thoughts.

Look forward to a raginpagin fund raiser coming soon..

Since 2002 Jon has done nothing but worked hard, doing past school's research while paying ( when it wasn't always that easy to do so..my guess runs him about $300 per month) for all of us a place to learn the latest, vent, and as he mentioned for all of us to share where to get other's news..

Ps. Time for us to give something back for his work and his debt. bil(ly) ryckman

I made a donation a couple of months ago, Bill, when you mentioned it last. But I am ready to contribute as part of anything you or anyone else puts together to help defray RaginPagin operating costs.

    Let us know when!

I agree ... I know this stuff isn't free and the time it takes is even more costly. Just a thought. I am all for free speech, but this is a Ragin Cajun forum. If it cost money to join I'm sure it would reduce the "clatter chatter"!

I do need to donate at the least.

Bill and I are talking about voluntary contributions. I've never been one to let someone else foot the bill (in this case, Turb) for something I utilize, enjoy and benefit from. As of yesterday, I have put a reminder in my phone to donate every quarter. That's the least I can do for something I enjoy so much.

I hope as many as can afford to do the same.
