gonna say this and hope you guys understand/ In the recruiting world, you meet all kinds of people. And you actually make some enemies, which amazes me because we should all be in this for the same reason, to help kids get an education. There are 2 people in the business i respect for what they do more than anyone else. CajunT is one of them. He does what he does for the right reasons and is one of the best in the business. With that being said, after he does what he needs to do for his site, I will talk about the visits on here, until that time, i defer to him. Please understand its not a money or website thing, its a respect thing

That's good of you to do that, JohnBoy. CajunT does a ton of work...all for the benefit of our program. It is fair that you let him break any news or info at the appropriate time...and thru CajunRedZone.

You are a good man JohnBoy.

I used to probe and prod the coaches for scoop but when Cajun T started his site I shut recruiting scoop down. Now RaginPagin is just a portal for stuff like that.

On a future personell level, I have 3 main sources; Cajun T, Josh Parrott, and those with personal connections.

John, thanks for the comments. Best in the business, no! But I do have a lot of fun with it and enjoy talking to athletes,Coaches, parents and fans. If I took it for a business, I might have more money in my pocket.

T, have you ever thought of making it more of a business?

I don't think he ever has. He's more interested in helping out UL than helping himself out. The more money cajunredzone makes, the more money UL receives.

You CAN do both. Besides, its not wrong to suggest one get paid, albeit a nominal fee, to do ones work.

JohnBoy, you are a true class act for what you're doing.

Much appreciation to all who cover recruiting for our university. Hopefully soon, I can budget a CRZ subscription in! (But only after season tix and RCAF donation)

I thought of it as an alternative to my present career, but then my wife suggested alternative living arrangements as well.
