Carl Smith has worked the Manning camp since its inception and has handled the receivers at some camps---I am sure he knows all these guys from Nichols---Since the crew just got fired at Cleveland --maybe he or his son will coach the catchers---Tater has 18 years in the pros (very eligible for retirement pay) and was at USC for the National Championship!!!!

After reading the article and watcing the coaching hires, it seems there are a lot of traits by all of these coaches: Successful and Hard Working Recruiters, All Winners, Highly Motivated to be the Best, Success at being Conference Champions and then Bowl Champions..........
