Power and speed. We sure could use this guy. We have not had a good short yardage back to pick up the 3rd and 1's and on goal line situation since Fenroy. This guy looks to be a hoss and would be awesome against teams that have trouble stopping a power back and also in games when we have the lead and we need to run some clock.

A clue for us, "spread formations and pro-formations", what's your take on this?

Montrell is a great kid and a great RB. Just wasnt in the right offense at the right time at MSU. Hope he comes to UL, would be a BIGTIME pickup

I think Im gonna like Hud - ESPN ranked Conner as the No. 7 running back and No. 63 overall player in the country out of HS - This would add to the fetahers that Hud is already putting on his cap

Take on it is that we've known since the beginning what Hud runs because he's been an OC and HC for years. Obviously there is some adaptation, but that will be minimal because the talent to run this system is here. Nothing to look deeper into it. Spread and Pro formations pretty much tells it all.
