That fool has a mission and it's starting to implode on him. His sniveling drivel against Josh's articles and UL are just not panning out for him. I think he's gagging himself. He can't take the heat he's getting from some counter comments, and the reality of the article content.

Obviously a little biased toward the creeps, but we need to be in the running for some of these guys.

I am really thrilled with the number of skill guys we are getting this year, but I'm concerned about the lack of linemen in this years class. Perhaps someone with more insight on this can fill me in. Are we going to sign more linemen next year or perhaps several Jucos?
I mean this class really looks great until you think about the lines which has been our biggest weakness.

The difference is what is happening with us, not anyone else. Josh Johns didn't have the current point of comparison. UL is going to truly, without a doubt, showcase more of this level of athlete, on a much higher stage, than we were "promising" in the past. No doubt, we were always, as were many other state and regional schools, capable of promising a "higher on our list" - "lower on their list" athlete a much bigger role. I believe more of the... if you will allow me to call them... Brian Mitchell athletes... are going to fight each other over getting on our football team.

We are seeing the tip of the iceberg. And those who decided to get onboard with just the new attitude as their faith in Hud and staff, are correct for doing so. I believe Hud knew when he studied the situation at UL, that we were indeed stocked with slim accomplishments and a whole lot of potential. He is the kind of guy that always knew he had the blueprints for "a potential"... to showcase his abilities. We are seeing only parts of his foundation forming. Hud thinks he has plenty of people to help him make those blueprints into structures... and he is right. UL is about to start having luxurious problems.

    Hey Johnny,

I have a question. Do you think either of your boys will be red shirted or start as a true freshman? Also I was wondering what the boys impression of the practice facility and field turf was. Did they know about the new weight room and film room. Are there any juniors this year that would be interested in coming with coach Hud next year?

Like i said before, if Rufus Warren is a 3 star then Larry is a four. Problem was i dont like to send videos to scout or rivals. They got a bad habit of slapping the scout tv or rivals tv label on them and then i cant use em. Like I said, very few people I trust, outside of Paul Jones and BJ. And to me, ESPN ratings are a joke cause they base everything off of video. Some kids pass the eyeball test if you know what i mean

Shaun is where he should be. You cant base everything off of one year. thats why Griffin is where he is. great RB but can he do that consistantly. Shaun is gonna be a star for you guys. Larry told me yesterday, "I am bigger than Peewee, but he runs faster, for now. I am working on that everyday. Wanna get into the 4.4's if i can."

and just so you guys know, this is why Qyen didnt get much PT last year

Shaun needs to. he is 6ft 4 but basketball has him down to about 175 right now. Larry could play next year, alot. But if Hud can redshirt him he will.

They raved about the facilities. And Larry has been to MSU several times and he was impressed.

I got two at OHS for next year. I runningback in the Qyen Griffin mode named Lamont Dean and a WR with sub 4.40 speed named Stan Ivy. Larry and Shaun being there helps, alot

Thanks JB! I always wonder how our facilities stack up next to other schools. Will you be down for the spring game?
