i agree. i was just speculating that, with other needs, he might have waited too long. At 6'5", I would love to have him.

Briggs is this years Josh Johns. Player that can make an impact at UL, but will never sniff anything more than special teams duties and garbage time work in refineryville. His loss, our gain since we don't have to waste a spot waiting for his nacho cheese love to fade.

Yes, Briggs will more then likely take the grey-shirt if offered.

This is really turning out to be an incredible recruiting class. Montrel is a tremendous recruit. Hud and staff are really putting it on the line with the Cajun fanbase. I know he hasn't won a game yet with us, but recruiting (and all of the things the rest of us have to do) are where this system makes the strong turn upward.
