1 can condensed milk
3 eggs, seperate yolks from whites
2-3 lemons, juiced (5-6 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons sugar
Vanilla Wafers
Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
Pour half of the mixture into the pie pan. Line edge of pie pan with vanilla wafers. Cover with vanilla wafers.
Pour the rest of the mixture over the wafers.
Beat egg whites with sugar until whipped. Put on top of the pie.
Bake until meringue is slighty brown (15 minutes @ 350)
