Someone talk to me about recruiting...

I don't typically follow recruiting and I don't pay for any of the information at the pay sites..... but I did see we had some miss st players visiting. what are our chances with these guys... and who are some of our targets now with the new staff.

Just from what I read about the two recruits from Mississippi. They want to play together and we will give them that opportunity. I hear they are very interested. They really like Coach Hud.

QB from that team is pretty good too, possibility that he could come as well.

There is a wide receiver and tight end from the same high school. Wider receiver is 6' 5" 190 and the tight end is 6' 4" 240 . Yes the quarterback must be pretty good he threw for over 3000 yards.

I remember watching that QB on the films of the other 2 players. He looked like he could be a very good QB in Hudspeth's system.

QB was class 5A player of the year this year in Mississippi to boot !

If 2 of them are that good and we have to sign all 3 to get them, then sign them all. The size's listed in an earlier post sound like some good sized players.

Not sure what the quarterback plans are but the tight end and the wide out both plan on visiting here in January. And from what I have read those are the two who want to play together. I am sure we will sign them if they commit to coming here.

I spoke to someone today who spoke with the HC from Jennings High School and they were contacted by Coach Rebowe, and Coach Hudspeth should be making a visit to the school in the next day or 2. This visit will equal the total # of times Bustle step foot on the JHS campus in 9 years. This is the difference with Hudspeth.

I was also told the UL staff is interested in ATH Bryson Abraham who has all ready been offered by every school in the state except LSU, Tulane, and UL. If UL offers this kid I think we will have a good chance at getting him because he wants to stay close to home and we will be getting a great athlete and even a better kid who has tremendous leadership skills. Right now without the UL offer I say he is leaning towards McNeese because of Viator's connection at JHS and Viator is telling him he will have a shot at QB and he is also very interested in La Tech.
