The surprise is that Xavier Campbell is gone.Coach Bustle told me they still have two scholarships and are waiting for several lineman to sign.Hopefully May graduates DL.They will also go into spring with 95 athletes and coaching will have to cut some kids after spring.

What happened to Xavier Campbell, he was going to be our best receiving TE, we do have a hard time keeping TE's here.
Also, it is a good thing to have too many players and have to cut down. When Bustle first got here, Baldwin left him with too few players to split up for the spring scrimmage.

I was very impressed with the speed of the class. This includes the down lineman.

I am pretty sure "Mr. Surprise" was Ricky Coxeff (CB), transfer from Oklahoma State.

Gerron Blount, DB, was announced at the Signing Gala.

Yes, it was Gerron Blount that was the "surprise" as announced on the radio. Supposedly he fell on the Cajuns lap the day before the signing.
