    Cleco Power, an electric utility subsidiary of Cleco Corp., and the University of Louisiana’s College of Engineering, announced Monday plans to build the Cleco Alternative Energy Center at the Industrial Park in Crowley.

    The center will be used to study and develop alternative energy technologies using renewable energy sources, which benefit the environment.

    This one doesn't look that big at first glance. I've known about this one for months, and it's HUGE.

    OK, I noted this would be big. But this is interesting, the Alexandria paper picked it up... and they even called us 'The University of Louisiana,' in the title, no appendages. They go back to UL-L etc in the body, but it's a small victory:
