DEQUINCY, La. (AP) - State police say two people were killed andthree injured in a crash on La. Highway 27 just south of DeQuincy.
Troopers says the accident happened Thursday morning when a truck driven by 26-year-old Frank Angelle Jr. of Opelousas crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Anthony L. Jackson of DeQuincy.
Both drivers suffered fatal injuries. Angelle's three passengers were taken to a local hospital.
