    Well, Bobby did say that he would want to see these proposals extended to other universities.

    Also, I really hate the term "flagship." Every time I hear it in the context of the Louisiana higher-education context I die a little inside. What a crock. I'll stay out of whatever Navy LSU is the flagship of.
