I'm thinking that after David Walker and Scott Farmer consider their options and reach a final conclusion, that's when they will make the hire. When that will be, I do not know. Wanting it by the end of this week is only setting yourself up for a let down when it doesn't happen.

If you read all the posts and comments on here and RedZone, it appears that more interviews are being conducted than we might have thought.or, it seems, than David and Scott might have originally planned. Some might see that as a negative. I see it as being thorough and a huge positive in the long run.

Getting it right is much more important than doing it fast.
