_ Ditch the pepper. Make it funny if that serves the purpose... introduce the Gator by consuming the cayenne. Burp, and call it done. The pepper, as a mascot, has to be gone. _

I think it would be a little harder for McNeese to make their beat up pepper man video with a live Gator..... Their little pepper wasnt too far from cayenne looked like(simple quick cheap costume.

UNO also users a gator (although kind of silver and wearing a funny hat). Maybe its a big city fashion statement.
