He hasn't improved one program. he has come in to programs and had good first years and then after that...well lets just say there's a reason he's not still a head coach and about to not be retained as OC at LSU.

Edit:when i said out of all the candidates i meant the guys who have been confirmed to be interviewed.
Sue I think we have a couple of guys that could successfully do ti but there are a few that were suspect as it was in our offense last year. Stu and I discussed it at the last tailgate and he had the same opinion of a couple of them and their lack of mobility. Unfortunately, they showed it to our detriment in that last home game. If we tried to switch to an option offense it would take a couple of years to recruit the additional players to be able to run that offense. I don't think any of us want to go through a two year rebuilding. We need a coach that can come in and run a system that will take advantage of the strengths of the talent that we have and fill in the few missing pieces no the kids can have a chance at a bowl next year.
