I actually thought of that combination due to their relationship. In that situation, I would be very excited to have Lou Cook here and that would be a very interesting situation. I have no idea as to how valid or possible it truly is but we can speculate can't we??

Maybe Cook would come and be the OC for Pelini, but from what I been told he turned down the offer to be the OC for Zaunbracher if he were to get the job.

I will say this, Coach Cook has 20 something years in the Louisiana school system and he is only a few years away from being a full tenure employee and able to draw the full benefits after retirement. When you retire they look at your average of the best 3 years of salary to base your retirement off of. This is what I am told anyway.
