You have to think that the fact that we've had such limited success over the years...and no coach has gone on to coach elsewhere... had to always be a limiting factor in who we could then subsequently attract here. Once Coach HUDSPETH has success (which he will) and is eventually hired away, that more than anything else will help us in our NEXT coaching search. And that will allow us to aoways have a quality pool of candidates to choose from.

Just another reason why this hire was so darn critical!!
